Virginia : Hello, who's speaking ?
Richard : Hello,Virginia, it's me, Richard.

Virginia : Hello Richard

Richard :

  • I have an appointment this afternoon.

  • Are you going to be in the office?

Virginia :

  • I'll be here. And, don't worry.

  • I don't have much to do for today, so I'll handle all of your calls.

Richard :

  • Thanks. I'm expecting a call from the boss.

  • He's supposed to be sending me some changes, about the Tender for service contracts relating to CORDIS.

Virginia :

  • I'll make sure to take a detailed message if he calls.

  • Is there anything you want to tell him?

Richard :

  • Well, you could remind him that I'm going to need to come downtown and sign a few papers in front of him.

  • I'll have to set something up for next wednesday about this tender.

Virginia: Okay, I've got it.

Richard: Thanks so much.

Virginia: You're welcome, see you soon.
